- Do you offer pick up or delivery? Yes, you can choose either during the checkout process.

- How do I start the custom order process? Click the "Custom Order" tab and fill out the form in its entirety. After completion, I will reach back out to you as soon as possible with an quote and estimated completion date.
- How far in advance do I have to order custom shoes in order to receive them on the date I request? 14-20 business days depending on the complexity of the design.
- How long is the turnaround time for pre-designed shoes? 14 business days.

- What is the fee to complete a custom order? The nonrefundable deposit is $90. The remaining balance for the shoe is due before delivery or pick up.
- Do I have to supply my own shoes? No.
- I don't want to customize a shoe. Can I purchase a design you've already created? Yes, feel free to pick any design from the "Sneakers" tab. Add it to cart, add your size, and checkout.
- How do I take care of custom shoes? Keep them dry and gently clean when necessary. Avoid harsh scrubbing or abrasive materials that could damage your shoe.
Policies
Returns and Refunds:
- Absolutely NO refunds. All sales and deposits are final.
Payments:
- Pre-designed customs are to be paid in full with no deposit.
- Custom one-of-one orders requires a payment of $90 deposit to secure booking slot. Full payment is required to start processing your shoes.
Replacement / Maintenance:
- I offer one free touch up session with every custom.
Turnaround time:
- Will be 14-20 business days for pre-designed customs. The date you pick during checkout has be 14-20 business days before the selected date in order to ensure successful delivery of your customs.
- Custom designs turnaround time that you upload on our "Custom Order" tab may vary. Please expect at least a 14 day turnaround time depending of the complexity of the design.
