  • Do you offer pick up or delivery? Yes, you can choose either during the checkout process.

  • How do I start the custom order process? Click the "Custom Order" tab and fill out the form in its entirety. After completion, I will reach back out to you as soon as possible with an quote and estimated completion date. 

 

  • How far in advance do I have to order custom shoes in order to receive them on the date I request? 14-20 business days depending on the complexity of the design. 

 

  • How long is the turnaround time for pre-designed shoes? 14 business days.

  • What is the fee to complete a custom order? The nonrefundable deposit is $90. The remaining balance for the shoe is due before delivery or pick up. 

 

  • Do I have to supply my own shoes? No.

 

  • I don't want to customize a shoe. Can I purchase a design you've already created? Yes, feel free to pick any design from the "Sneakers" tab. Add it to cart, add your size, and checkout. 

 

  • How do I take care of custom shoes? Keep them dry and gently clean when necessary. Avoid harsh scrubbing or abrasive materials that could damage your shoe.
