Policies

Returns and Refunds:

• Absolutely NO refunds. All sales and deposits are final.

Payments:

• Pre-designed customs are to be paid in full with no deposit.
• Custom one-of-one orders requires a payment of $90 deposit to secure booking slot. Full payment is required to start processing your shoes.

Replacement / Maintenance: 

• I offer one free touch up session with every custom.

Turnaround time: 

• Will be 14-20 business days for pre-designed customs. The date you pick during checkout has be 14-20 business days before the selected date in order to ensure successful delivery of your customs. 
• Custom designs turnaround time that you upload on our "Custom Order"  tab may vary. Please expect at least a 14 day turnaround time depending of the complexity of the design.
