Pre-designed customs are to be paid in full with no deposit.
Custom one-of-one orders requires a payment of $90 deposit to secure booking slot. Full payment is required to start processing your shoes.

Replacement / Maintenance:

Turnaround time:

Will be 14-20 business days for pre-designed customs. The date you pick during checkout has be 14-20 business days before the selected date in order to ensure successful delivery of your customs.
Custom designs turnaround time that you upload on our "Custom Order" tab may vary. Please expect at least a 14 day turnaround time depending of the complexity of the design.
